Les 24 Heures de Daytona 1992 (officiellement appelé le Rolex Daytona 24 Hours 1992), disputées sur les 1^er février 1992 et 2 février 1992 sur le Daytona International Speedway ont été la trentième édition de cette épreuve, la vingt-cinquième sur un format de vingt-quatre heures, et la première manche du Championnat IMSA GT 1992.

L'épreuve s'est courue sur une distance de 2 000 km en 1964 et 1965, et sur une durée de 3 heures les deux premières éditions, ainsi que sur 6 heures en 1972. Il n'y a pas d'épreuve en 1974 (en raison de la crise pétrolière).
